Join Pat Fiorello, an instructor who has led 16 programs with Il Chiostro since 2008.
This video will be delivered in a “paint along “ fashion, where Pat will break the painting down section by section, demonstrating and then allowing time for you to paint each section. Pat will share an approach to simplifying and designing your composition before you begin to paint, so that your finished painting feels solid and not fragmented. You can still have fun with expressive brushstrokes and details, but only after you have built a strong foundation.
Pat will be using a small canvas panel (8 x 10 or 9 x 12) as noted on the supply list.
PLEASE DO NOT pre-tone the canvas. You’ll start on a white canvas.
