Tell us a little about your background.
I’m an architect, born and grew up in Rome. I worked for many years in a public company, but I was unhappy. So I got a tourist’s guide license and quit my job. Now I’m taking tourists around Rome and I’m happy.

What do you do for Il Chiostro, and how long have you been doing it?
I met Michael and Linda over twenty years ago and fell in love with this work. I have been the assistant, driver, guide and the program manager all around Italy; Tuscany, Amalfi Coast, Venice and Sicily.

Why do you like doing that job?
Because I meet new people and let them discover the beauty of my country, the taste of food and good wine. It’s always great fun with them.

What is your favorite Italian dish to make at home?
Hard question; there are many. But perhaps my favorite dish is Risotto with radicchio and gorgonzola cheese.

Do you have a recipe for that dish you’d like to share?
Sorry but it’s my secret! If you want, come to my home and you will find out.

Tell us about your special talents or interests.
About talents, ask my friends; they know better than me. I like art, food and people.
